Too Loud notification
Sonnox VoxDoubler will alert you if the original voice being processed is above the recommended level.
If you get the Too Loud notification, you will experience unwanted distortion, or clipping, on your track. It will occur if the volume, gain or automated level of your vocal track is too high.
Because digital clipping rarely sounds very pleasing, you will want to fix the issue if you see the Too Loud notification.
The problem can easily be solved by reducing the volume of the original voice. If VoxDoubler is on an insert, you’ll need to turn your input gain down using either the clip gain, a plugin with a volume control or a gain plugin before the VoxDoubler. If it’s on an Aux track, you can turn down the fader or ride the automation softer so as to avoid the issue.
